Viewing Activities
The Activities tab shows all farm operations in a searchable, filterable table. Here you can monitor progress, track completion, and manage your farm’s daily work.
Accessing the Activities List
Navigate to Activities
Go to Activities in the left sidebar.
Ensure Activities Tab is Selected
Make sure the Activities tab is active (not Work Types).
Status Summary Cards
At the top of the page, five cards show activity counts by status:
| Card | Color | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Total | Gray | All activities regardless of status |
| Planned | Yellow | Activities scheduled for the future |
| In Progress | Orange | Activities currently being worked on |
| Completed | Green | Finished activities |
| Overdue | Red | Planned activities past their scheduled date |
These cards give you an instant overview of your farm’s operational status.
Activities Table
The table displays all activities with the following columns:

| Activity | Activity name with work type badge below |
| Status | Current status (Planned, In Progress, Completed) |
| Farm & Zone | Farm name and cultivation zone |
| Crop | Associated crop name and variety |
| Date | Planned or scheduled date |
| Completed Date | When the activity was finished (with checkmark) |
| Resources | Count of equipment and supplies assigned |
Resources Column
The Resources column shows a quick summary:
- Equipment icon + count — Number of equipment items assigned
- Supplies icon + count — Number of inventory products used
Click three-dot menu (â‹®) on any row to access edit and delete options.
Searching Activities
Use the search box to find activities by:
- Activity name
- Farm name
- Zone name
- Crop name
The search matches partial text, so typing “Harv” will find “Harvesting” activities.
Filtering Activities
Filter by Status
Click the All Status dropdown to filter by:
- Planned
- In Progress
- Completed
- Overdue
Filter by Crop
Click the All Crops dropdown to show only activities for a specific crop.
Filters work together. You can filter by both status AND crop simultaneously to narrow down your results.
Sorting Activities
Click any column header to sort the table:
- Activity — Alphabetically by name
- Status — By status type
- Farm & Zone — Alphabetically by farm
- Crop — Alphabetically by crop
- Date — By scheduled date
- Completed Date — By completion date
Click again to reverse the sort order (ascending/descending).
Pagination
At the bottom of the table:

| Rows per page | Choose 10, 20, 50, or 100 rows |

Quick Actions
Create New Activity
Click the green + New Activity button in the top right corner.
Manage Work Types
Click Manage Work Types to configure your work type groups and categories.
Quick Action Sidebar
In the left sidebar under Quick Actions, click + New Activity for fast access.
Understanding Activity Information
Activity Name and Work Type
Each activity shows:
- Activity name — The work being performed
- Work type badge — Category from your Work Types configuration
Farm & Zone Details
- Farm name — Which farm the work is on
- Zone name — Specific cultivation zone (if assigned)
Crop Information
- Crop name — The crop being worked on
- Variety — Specific variety in parentheses
- “No crop assigned” — For general farm activities
Date Information
- Date — When the activity is planned or occurred
- Completed Date — Shows checkmark icon when finished
