Workers

The Workers section helps you manage your farm team with essential contact information and employment details. Track who works on your farm, their contact details, and employment status.

What are Workers?

Workers are the people who perform tasks on your farm. This includes:

  • Farm employees — Full-time and part-time staff
  • Seasonal workers — Temporary harvest or planting help
  • Contractors — External service providers
  • Family members — Family working on the farm

Each worker record stores contact information and employment details for easy team management.

Integration with Activities

Workers connect to the Activities section of Koru.Farm. When you plan or record farm activities, you can assign workers to those tasks. This creates a complete record of who performed what work throughout the season.

Important: Workers who have been assigned to activities cannot be deleted. This ensures your activity records remain complete and accurate.
