Profile Settings
The Profile tab allows you to manage your personal account information, display preferences, and security settings.
Accessing Profile Settings
Navigate to Settings
Click Settings in the left sidebar.
Select Profile Tab
Ensure the Profile tab is selected (it’s the default tab).
Profile Information
Update your personal profile that appears across the platform.
Avatar
Your profile picture appears next to your name throughout Koru.Farm.

Display Name
Your name as it appears to other users and in reports.

Your display name is visible to all team members in your organization.
Your email address used for login and notifications.
Your email cannot be changed here. The email address is set during registration and is read-only in settings. Contact support if you need to change your email.
Display Language
Set your preferred language for the Koru.Farm interface.

This is your personal preference and doesn’t affect other users.
Bio
Add a brief description about yourself and your farm.

Saving Profile Changes
Click Save Changes to apply your profile updates.
Security Settings
Manage your account password and security.
Changing Your Password
Enter Current Password
Type your current password in the Current Password field.
Enter New Password
Type your new password in the New Password field.
Password must be at least 8 characters long.
Confirm New Password
Re-enter your new password in the Confirm Password field.
Save Changes
Click the Update Password button to apply.
Password Requirements
Your password must meet these requirements:
- Minimum 8 characters
- Recommended: mix of letters, numbers, and symbols
Password Security Tips
For best security:
- Use a unique password not used on other sites
- Include uppercase and lowercase letters
- Add numbers and special characters
- Avoid common words or personal information
- Consider using a password manager

A complete profile helps your team:
- Recognize you in activity logs
- Contact the right person for farm operations
- Build team collaboration
Regular Password Updates
For security, consider updating your password:
- Every 3-6 months
- After sharing access with others
- If you suspect unauthorized access
Troubleshooting
Cannot Change Email
Your email is set during registration. To change it:
- Contact Koru.Farm support
- Verify your identity
- Request email update
Avatar Not Uploading
If your avatar won’t upload:
- Check file size is under 5MB
- Ensure format is JPG, PNG, or GIF
- Try a different browser
- Clear browser cache and retry
Password Change Failed
If password change fails:
- Verify current password is correct
- Ensure new password meets requirements
- Check that confirmation matches new password
