Edit & Delete Farms

This guide explains how to update your farm information or remove farms that are no longer needed. These actions help you keep your account organized and your data accurate.

Editing a Farm

You can update any farm details at any time — name, location, area, or other information.

Open Farm Details

Navigate to Resources → Farms in the left menu. Find the farm you want to edit and click the three dots menu (⋮), then select Details.

Click Edit Button

On the farm details page, click the Edit button in the top right corner. This will open the edit form with all current farm information.

Update Information

Modify any fields you need to change:

  • Name — Farm display name
  • Location — Address or coordinates
  • Area — Total farm size in hectares
  • Description — Additional notes about the farm
  • Owner — Farm owner information

Save Changes

Click Save to apply your changes. You’ll see a confirmation message, and the updated information will appear immediately.

Changes to farm details don’t affect your cultivation zones, crops, or activity history. All related data remains intact.

Deleting a Farm

You can delete a farm only if it has no associated data. This protects you from accidentally losing important information.

When You Can Delete

The Delete button is available only when the farm has:

  • No cultivation zones
  • No crops or seasons
  • No activities or work records
  • No other linked data

Open Farm Details

Navigate to Resources → Farms and click the three dots menu (⋮) next to the farm you want to delete. Select Details.

Click Delete

On the farm details page, click the three dots menu (â‹®) in the top right corner and select Delete.

Confirm Deletion

Confirm your action in the dialog that appears. The farm will be permanently removed.

When You Cannot Delete

If your farm has any cultivation zones, crops, activities, or other linked data, the Delete button will not be available.

Need to delete a farm with existing data? Contact our support team and we will help you remove the farm manually.

Troubleshooting

Can’t find the Edit button?

Make sure you’re on the farm Details page, not the farms list. The Edit button appears only on the individual farm view.

Delete button is not available?

Your farm has linked data (cultivation zones, crops, or activities). Contact support if you need to delete this farm.
