Organization Settings

The Organization tab allows you to configure your agricultural business details and legal entity information. This information is used for compliance, reporting, and regulatory submissions.

Organization settings affect all users in your account. Changes made here apply organization-wide.


Accessing Organization Settings

Click Settings in the left sidebar.

Select Organization Tab

Click the Organization tab.


Organization Information

Basic information about your agricultural operation.

Organization Name

The name of your farm or agricultural business.

Select the types of agricultural activities your organization performs.

Business Description

Describe your agricultural operations, mission, and focus areas. This helps contextualize your farm’s activities.

Established Year

The year your agricultural operation was established.

When your farm operates throughout the year.

Saving Organization Information

Click Save Organization Info to apply changes.


Manage your organization’s legal details for compliance and regulatory purposes.

This information may be required for SIEX compliance and other regulatory submissions in Spain. Ensure accuracy for official reporting.

Industry Classification

Select the industry classification that best describes your agricultural operation. This is used for regulatory categorization.

In Spain, agricultural operations must maintain digital field notebooks (Cuaderno Digital de Explotación) under SIEX requirements (Real Decreto 1054/2022). Accurate legal entity information ensures:

Troubleshooting

Business Type Not Saving

If business type selection doesn’t save:

  • Ensure at least one type is selected
  • Click Save Organization Info
  • Refresh the page and verify

Tax ID Format Error

If you receive a format error:

  • Check the format matches your country’s standard
  • Remove extra spaces or characters
  • Verify with your official documents
