Viewing Products
All products are displayed in a table on the Inventory page. You can search, filter, and sort to find specific items quickly.
How to View Products
- Go to Resources → Inventory in the left sidebar
- You’ll see a table with all products in your catalog
Product Information
The inventory table shows the following columns:

|---|---|
| Product | Product name and SKU code displayed below |
| Category | Product category shown as a badge |
| Unit | Unit of measurement (e.g., Kilogram (kg)) |
| Actions | Three-dot menu (â‹®) for edit and delete options |
Searching Products
Use the search box at the top of the table to find products:
- Type any part of the product name
- Search also matches SKU codes
- Results filter as you type
Example: Type “seed” to find “Potato seeds”, “Tomato Seeds”, etc.
Filtering by Category
Use the All Category dropdown to filter products by type:
- Click on the All Category dropdown
- Select a category (e.g., “Seeds & Plants”, “Fertilizers”)
- The table will show only products in that category
To clear the filter, select All Category again.
Sorting Products
Click on any column header to sort the table:

| Product | Alphabetical by name (A-Z, Z-A) |
| Category | Alphabetical by category name |
| Unit | Alphabetical by unit name |
Click once for ascending order, click again for descending order.
Pagination
At the bottom of the table you can:
- See total results (e.g., “Showing 2 of 2 results”)
- Choose rows per page (10, 25, 50, 100)
- Navigate between pages using Previous/Next buttons
Actions Menu
Each product row has a three-dot menu (â‹®) on the right side. Click to access:
- Edit Product — Modify the product’s details
- Delete Product — Remove the product (if not used in activities)
Tip: If you need to add many products, use the Bulk Create or Import CSV buttons instead of adding them one by one.
