Viewing Allocations
The Crops Planning page displays all your allocations in a comprehensive table view. Here you can see what crops are planted where, their current status, and how your land is being utilized.
Accessing Crops Planning
Navigate to Resources → Crops Planning in the left menu. You will see the Current Allocations table.
Table Columns
The allocations table displays the following information:

| Crop | Crop name with variety in parentheses (e.g., “Apple (strawberry-june-bearing)“) |
| Category | Crop category with colored badge (Fruits, Vegetables, Other) |
| Status | Current allocation status (Planned, Planted, Growing, Harvested, Failed) |
| Farm & Zone | Farm name and cultivation zone name |
| Area & Utilization | Allocated hectares with progress bar showing zone utilization percentage |
| Planting Date | When the crop was or will be planted |
| Expected Harvest | Anticipated harvest date |
| Season | The season this allocation belongs to |
| Actions | Three dots menu (â‹®) for editing |
Understanding Area & Utilization
The Area & Utilization column shows two pieces of information:
- Allocated Area — How many hectares this specific crop occupies
- Utilization Bar — Visual indicator showing what percentage of the zone is used
Example from the table:
- “50 ha” with “32%” means 50 hectares allocated, and this represents 32% of the total zone area
- “25 ha” with “100%” means 25 hectares allocated, and the zone is fully utilized
The utilization percentage helps you quickly identify which zones have available space for additional crops.
Filtering Allocations
Use the filters at the top of the table to find specific allocations:
Search Box
Type to search across:
- Crop names
- Variety names
- Zone names
- Farm names
Dropdown Filters
| Filter | Options |
|---|---|
| All Status | Planned, Planted, Growing, Harvested, Failed |
| All Category | Filter by crop category |
| All Season | Filter by specific season |
| All Farm | Filter by specific farm |
Tip: Combine multiple filters to narrow down your view. For example, select “Growing” status and “Spring 2026” season to see all crops currently growing this season.
Sorting the Table
Click on any column header with the sort icon (↕) to sort the table:
- Crop — Alphabetically by crop name
- Category — By category name
- Status — By status name
- Area & Utilization — By allocated area
- Planting Date — Chronologically
- Expected Harvest — Chronologically
- Season — By season name
Click again to reverse the sort order.
Pagination
At the bottom of the table you can:
- See how many rows are selected and total results
- Choose rows per page (10, 25, 50, 100)
- Navigate between pages using Previous/Next buttons
Actions Menu
Each allocation row has a three dots menu (â‹®) on the right side. Click it to access:
- Edit Allocation — Modify the allocation details
Note: Allocations cannot be deleted. If a crop failed or was cancelled, update the status to “Failed” instead.
