Worker Performance Report
The Worker Performance Report helps you track worker productivity and hours across your farming activities. Analyze how your team spends their time and identify opportunities to optimize labor allocation.
Accessing the Report
Navigate to Reports
Go to Reports in the left sidebar.
Click Worker Performance
On the Dashboard, click the Worker Performance card, or select Workers from the Reports submenu.
Summary Cards
Three cards at the top provide key metrics:
| Card | Metric | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Total Workers | Number | Active workers in the selected period |
| Total Hours | Hours | Combined hours worked (with daily average) |
| Avg Hours/Worker | Hours | Average hours per worker in the period |
These metrics update automatically when you apply filters.
Filters
Expand the Filters panel to refine your data:
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| Search | Find by worker name, farm, or crop |
| Seasons | Select one or more agricultural seasons |
| Date Range | Choose a specific time period |
| Workers | Filter to specific workers |
| Work Types | Filter by type of work performed |
| Farms | Filter by farm location |
| Crop & Location | Filter by crop and cultivation zone |
Filters work together. Apply multiple filters to narrow down to specific data, such as “Harvesting activities on Demo Farm in October 2025.”
Data Table
The table displays worker activity records:

| Worker Name | Name of the worker |
| Activity ID | Unique activity identifier (e.g., #79dbd0ce) |
| Completion Date | When the activity was completed |
| Work Type | Type of work performed |
| Farm | Farm where work was done |
| Crop & Location | Crop and zone (or “No Crop” for general activities) |
| Total Hours | Hours worked on this activity |
Sorting
Click any column header to sort:
- First click: Ascending order
- Second click: Descending order
- Sort by worker name, date, hours, etc.
Pagination
- View 20, 50, or 100 rows per page
- Navigate between pages using Previous/Next buttons
Exporting Data
Apply Filters
Set your desired filters to get the specific data you need.
Click Export CSV
Click the Export CSV button in the top right corner.
Download File
The CSV file downloads with all visible data matching your filters.
The exported CSV includes all columns and can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet application.
Use Cases
Payroll Preparation
Export worker hours for payroll processing:
- Set date range to the pay period
- Export CSV
- Import into payroll system
Productivity Analysis
Compare worker productivity:
- Filter by work type (e.g., Harvesting)
- Review hours per worker
- Identify high performers
Labor Cost Tracking
Analyze labor costs by activity:
- Filter by farm or crop
- Export data
- Calculate costs based on hourly rates
Seasonal Planning
Review historical labor needs:
- Filter by season
- Analyze total hours by work type
- Plan staffing for upcoming seasons
Troubleshooting
No Data Showing
If the report shows no data:
- Check that activities have Completed status
- Verify workers were assigned to activities
- Adjust date range or clear filters
Missing Workers
If a worker doesn’t appear:
- Confirm they were assigned to completed activities
- Check the date range includes their activities
- Clear filters to see all data
Hours Don’t Match Expected
- Verify hours entered on activities are correct
- Check if activities are still In Progress (not counted)
- Edit activities to correct hour values
