Viewing Workers
The Workers page displays all your team members in a searchable table. Here you can see your complete workforce at a glance.
Accessing Workers
Navigate to Resources → Workers in the left menu. You will see the workers table with all team members.
Table Columns
The workers table displays the following information:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| ID | Unique worker identifier (W-1, W-2, W-3, etc.) |
| Name | Worker’s full name with email shown below (if provided) |
| Contact | Email address and phone number |
| Status | Employment status with colored badge (Active, Inactive) |
| Actions | Three dots menu (â‹®) for edit and delete options |
Understanding the Name Column
The Name column shows:
- Full name — First and last name combined
- Email — Shown below the name in smaller text (if provided)
- Checkmark icon — Indicates the worker record is complete
Example:

The Contact column displays:
- Email — With envelope icon (✉)
- Phone — With phone icon (📞)
If no contact information is provided, you’ll see “No contact info” instead.
Searching Workers
Use the search box at the top of the table to find specific workers. Search works across:
- Worker name (first and last)
- Email address
Simply start typing to filter the results instantly.
Tip: You can search partial matches. Typing “bond” will find “James Bond” and “bond@mail.com”.
Sorting the Table
Click on any column header with the sort icon (↕) to sort the table:
- ID — Numerically by worker ID
- Name — Alphabetically by name
- Status — By status type
Click again to reverse the sort order.
Pagination
At the bottom of the table you can:
- See total results (e.g., “Showing 3 of 3 results”)
- Choose rows per page (10, 25, 50, 100)
- Navigate between pages using Previous/Next buttons
Actions Menu
Each worker row has a three dots menu (â‹®) on the right side. Click it to access:
- Edit — Modify the worker details
- Delete — Remove the worker (if not used in activities)
Tip: If you need to add many team members, use the Bulk Create or Import CSV buttons instead of adding them one by one.
