Viewing Equipment
The Equipment Dashboard displays all your farm equipment in a searchable, filterable table. Here you can see your complete inventory at a glance and access detailed information about each piece of equipment.
Accessing the Equipment Dashboard
- Log into your Koru.Farm account
- Click on Equipment in the left sidebar menu
- You will see the Equipment Dashboard displaying all your registered equipment items
Table Columns
The equipment table displays the following information:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Equipment | Name of the equipment with an icon representing its type |
| Equipment Type | Classification (e.g., tractor, sprayer, trailer) |
| ROMA | ROMA registration number (if applicable) |
| ITEAF | ITEAF certification details |
| Status | Current status (Operational, Under Maintenance, Retired) |
Dashboard Features
Search Bar
Search equipment by name, model, or manufacturer. Simply start typing to filter the results instantly.
Status Filter
Use the All Status dropdown to filter equipment by their current status:
- All Status — Show all equipment
- Operational — Equipment in working condition
- Under Maintenance — Equipment being serviced or repaired
- Retired — Equipment no longer in use
Add Equipment Button
Click the green Add Equipment button in the top-right corner to create new equipment entries.
Equipment Details
Click on any equipment name to view detailed information. This opens the equipment detail page with a summary and quick stats.
Pagination
Navigate through multiple pages of equipment records using:
- Previous/Next buttons
- Rows per page selector (10, 25, 50, 100)
Searching Equipment
Use the search box at the top of the table to find specific equipment. Search works across:
- Equipment name
- Model
- Manufacturer
Tip: Search is case-insensitive, so “john deere” will find “John Deere” equipment.
Filtering by Status
The status filter helps you quickly identify equipment based on condition:
| Filter | Shows |
|---|---|
| All Status | All equipment regardless of status |
| Operational | Equipment ready for use |
| Under Maintenance | Equipment currently being serviced |
| Retired | Equipment no longer in active use |
This is useful when planning activities to see what equipment is available.
Viewing Equipment Details
Click on any equipment row to open its detail view. The detail page shows:
- Summary Tab — Overview of basic information and location/status
- Technical Tab — Detailed specifications
- SIEX Tab — Additional technical and compliance information
- Maintenance Tab — Maintenance history and schedule
- Activities Tab — Log of all actions and changes
- Options Tab — Equipment-specific options and settings
From the detail view, click the Edit button to modify equipment information.
Quick Actions
Each equipment entry provides quick access to common actions:
- View Details — Click the equipment name or row
- Edit — Click the Edit button from the detail page
- Delete — Available only if equipment hasn’t been used in activities
