The Billing & Plans tab allows you to view available subscription plans, manage payment methods, and access your billing history.

Click Settings in the left sidebar.

Koru.Farm offers three subscription tiers to match your farm’s needs.

Simple / Solo Plan

Current Plan

Your current plan is displayed with an Active badge. The Simple / Solo plan shows β€œCurrent Plan” button indicating your active subscription.

The Simple / Solo plan is currently free and includes all essential features for individual farmers and small operations.


Payment Method

Manage your payment methods and billing information.

Credit Card Management

Add and manage your payment methods for paid plans.

Payment method management is available with Pro and Enterprise plans. This feature will be enabled when paid plans become available.

When available, you will be able to:

  • Add credit or debit cards
  • Update payment information
  • Set default payment method
  • Remove old payment methods

Invoices

View and download your billing history and invoices.

Billing History

Access your complete invoice history:

  • View past invoices
  • Download invoices as PDF
  • Track payment dates
  • Review charges

Billing history will be available when paid plans are launched.


Upgrading Your Plan

When Pro and Enterprise plans become available:

Review Plan Features

Compare features across plans to find the best fit for your operation.

Select New Plan

Click on the plan card you want to upgrade to.

Add Payment Method

Enter your credit card or payment details.

Confirm Upgrade

Review the charges and confirm your subscription upgrade.

When will Pro and Enterprise plans be available?

Pro and Enterprise plans are coming soon. Sign up for updates to be notified when they launch.

Can I try Pro features before upgrading?

We may offer trial periods when paid plans launch. Check back for announcements.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your data remains safe. Some features may become read-only if they’re not available in your plan.

How is billing calculated?

When paid plans launch, billing will be calculated on a monthly or annual basis with potential discounts for annual subscriptions.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can change or cancel your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
