Unit & Format Settings

The Unit & Format tab allows you to configure organization-wide settings for currency, measurement units, and date/time formats. These settings ensure consistent data display across the platform.

Unit and format settings apply to all users in your organization and affect how data is displayed throughout Koru.Farm.


Accessing Unit & Format Settings

Click Settings in the left sidebar.

Select Unit & Format Tab

Click the Unit & Format tab.


Currency & Regional

Configure your financial and regional preferences.

Currency

Set the default currency for all financial data in Koru.Farm.

CurrencyDefault currency for costs, prices, and financial reports

Common options include:

  • EUR (€) - Euro
  • USD ($) - US Dollar
  • GBP (£) - British Pound

Time Zone

Set your local time zone for accurate date and time display.

Examples:

  • Central European Time (CET)
  • Eastern Time (ET)
  • Pacific Time (PT)

Time zone affects activity dates, report timestamps, and scheduled events.


Measurement Units

Configure the measurement system used across your farm data.

Unit System

Choose between metric and imperial measurement systems.

Area Unit

Set the unit for farm and field areas.

Weight Unit

Temperature Unit

Date & Time Formats

Configure how dates and times are displayed.

Date Format

Choose how dates appear throughout the platform.

Time Format

Choose between 12-hour and 24-hour time display.

Saving Settings

Click Save Unit Settings to apply all changes.

Changing units does not automatically convert existing data. Historical data will display with new units but values may need manual verification.


How Settings Affect Your Data

Reports

All reports use your configured units:

  • Worker hours displayed in your time format
  • Material quantities in your weight units
  • Area calculations in your area units

Activities

Activity records display:

  • Dates in your chosen format
  • Times in 12 or 24-hour format
  • Measurements in your selected units

Exports

CSV exports use:

  • Your configured date format
  • Your selected measurement units
  • Your currency for financial data
