Inventory
Inventory is your catalog of agricultural supplies and products used on your farms. Track seeds, fertilizers, chemicals, tools, and other inputs in one organized system.
Inventory manages your product catalog. Stock quantities are added separately through Purchase Orders.
What is Inventory?
Inventory is a list of all products and supplies that your farm uses. Each product includes:
- Basic information — name, SKU code, and brand
- Category — type of product (seeds, fertilizers, chemicals, etc.)
- Unit of measurement — how the product is measured (kg, liters, pieces)
- Notes — additional specifications or safety information
This catalog helps you organize your supplies and track what materials are available for farm activities.
Product Categories
Koru.Farm supports the following product categories:

Categories can be customized in Settings → Default Values to match your farm’s specific needs.
Product Properties
Each product in your inventory has the following fields:

Three Ways to Add Products
Koru.Farm provides three methods for adding products to your inventory:

Integration with Activities
Products from your inventory connect with the Activities section. When you plan or record farm activities, you can assign products to track material usage. This creates a complete record of what supplies were used for each operation.
Important: Products that have been used in activities cannot be deleted. This ensures your activity records remain complete and accurate.
